Trampled man's family sues Wal-Mart

The family of a man who was trampled to death by "Black Friday" crowds at a Wal-Mart in Valley Stream, N.Y., is suing the store. The lawsuit claims sale advertisements incited a frenzy that lead to a "crowd craze." The man, Jdimytai Damour, was a temporary worker who was opening the doors for business when the throng broke though.
